Q: What if we already have all the information in an excel table from our appraiser?
A: We can import and process the information, so you can easily, securely and reliably access it from any device, anywhere and run reports and searches for partners and 3rd parties.
Q: What if we have all the information, but its spread across excel tables, other digital files and documents and photographs in filing cabinets and boxes in different locations
A: This is what we normally encounter and we have expertise in aggregating all the information on a single object from all sources into a single object record and with all the source media retained in the record.
Q: What if part of our collection or part of the information about our collection is captured in a system, but most records are incomplete, incorrect or out of date
A: This is another condition we normally encounter and we can review the existing records, discover what is incomplete, incorrect or out of date and augment/update each record as needed from your historic records or open source information.
