A: We can import and process the information, so you can easily, securely and reliably access it from any device, anywhere and run reports and searches for partners and 3rd parties.
Q: What if we have all the information, but its spread across excel tables, other digital files and documents and photographs in filing cabinets and boxes in different locations
A: This is what we normally encounter and we have expertise in aggregating all the information on a single object from all sources into a single object record and with all the source media retained in the record.
Q: What if part of our collection or part of the information about our collection is captured in a system, but most records are incomplete, incorrect or out of date
A: This is another condition we normally encounter and we can review the existing records, discover what is incomplete, incorrect or out of date and augment/update each record as needed from your historic records or open source information.
Q: What if we already have part of our collection information in a software tool?
A: Assuming that tool can still deliver on your requirements, we’ll build and manage your collection inventory using your existing system. If its not delivering the capability, accessibility or flexibility you need, we’ll review options and reccomend a solution.
